As a licensed massage therapist, Tyler Kragerud practices a whole-body treatment based approach when helping his clients. He has gained valuable clinical experience serving those in chronic pain while working alongside PT’s, chiropractors, osteopaths, MD’s, acupuncturists, naturopaths, and a variety of bodyworkers.
Tyler’s journey began in his early twenties after suffering several sports injuries resulting in chronic neck pain and nerve symptoms. Chiropractic adjustments at best gave him a couple of days of relief, but also started to give him his first ever headaches. Massage therapy also gave relief but never more than a week or two. After leaving chiropractic school, Tyler sought out the work of his massage instructors. After several sessions he was finally experiencing relief for 2-4 weeks. The work was holding! And thankfully, it didn’t stop there. 10 years later, he is still living pain-free!
Tyler specializes in assessing and correcting myofascial imbalances and stress-holding patterns due to chronic pain and trauma. He has found that a combination of myofascial release and craniasacral therapy have the longest lasting impact on those suffering from chronic pain, headaches, and related symptoms. His specific approach to bodywork is able to help those suffering from pain, tension, and injury as well as those looking for advanced recovery and athletic performance.
